    Chairman & COO

    Victor Cohn has 40 years of financial industry experience. Victor oversees all administrative and legal matters of Solebury Capital and Solebury Communications and provides input, guidance and judgment on the daily business activities of each group.

    Victor began his Wall Street career at Salomon Brothers where he was Global Head of Equity Capital Markets. He also served as a member of the four-person Equity Operating Committee, responsible for running Salomon’s global equity business. Victor then joined UBS as Co-Head of Investment Banking and Head of North America Capital Markets. He was a member of the Regional Management Committee with responsibility for all U.S. capital markets products. Following UBS, Victor was Global Head of Equity Capital Markets at Bear, Stearns where he was a member of the firm’s Commitment Committee and President’s Council.

    Victor was a member of the Board of Directors at Verity, Inc., chairing both the Audit and Governance committees. Victor was also a member of the Board of Directors at Peregrine Systems, serving as Chairman of the Governance Committee, a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Special Committee formed to handle the sale of Peregrine. He is a former director of Printcafe Software, Inc., where he also sat on its Audit and Compensation committees as well as the Special Committee of Independent Directors at the time of the company sale. Victor was a director at Dwango Wireless and served as non-executive Chairman.

    Victor graduated from Penn State University and currently lives in Pound Ridge, NY.

    Alan Sheriff has worked in the equity capital markets for over thirty-three years in a variety of senior positions. He initially spent nine years at Salomon Brothers Inc. and from January 1992 until February 2005 at Credit Suisse First Boston. In February 1994, Alan was promoted to Managing Director and in 1997, Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets for the Americas for Credit Suisse First Boston. He also Chaired the firm’s Equity Valuation Committee and sat on the Investment Banking Committee. Alan also led the Equity-Linked Capital Markets desk as well as the firms’ restricted stock effort. Since co-founding Solebury Capital, Alan has worked on IPO’s, follow-ons, block trades and general capital markets advice for financial sponsors such as Bain Capital, Ares Management, American Securities, TH Lee, Freeman Spogli, Apax Partners, Charlesbank and many others. Alan has worked directly with companies such as Nielson, The Carlyle Group, Dunkin Brands, BRP (Bombardier Recreational Products), Aramark, Black Knight Financial, Patheon, Planet Fitness, Party City and many others.

    Alan graduated with a BA in Political Science, Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Rochester in 1981 and with a Masters in Public Policy from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs in 1983. He is a member of The Council on Foreign Relations and the NationSwell Council. Alan is the founder of Teach2Serve, a nonprofit designed to educate and train select high school students for careers in public policy and nonprofit work. In January 2011 Alan served as a delegate for the U.S. State Department’s Global Entrepreneurship Program in Egypt, in an effort to promote and spur entrepreneurship around the world. Alan is a Trustee at The Solebury School, where has also taught courses on Genocide and the Holocaust. Alan also sits on the Boards of several start-ups including Runa, a clean energy drink company and Hydros Bottle.

    Alan lives in Bucks County, Pennsylvania with his wife and four sons.

    Ted Hatfield co-founded Solebury Capital in 2005 and has jointly led the firm to become the country’s most influential equity capital markets advisory boutique and a leading global investor relations firm. Ted has nearly 30 years of capital markets experience on Wall Street including a background in fixed income trading, equity underwriting and ECM advisory. Ted has been responsible for the pricing of over 750 IPOs, marketed follow-ons and block trades in every sector of the economy.

    Prior to forming Solebury, Ted spent 20 years at Credit Suisse, serving as Head of U.S. Equity Syndicate Department – Americas. For roughly 10 years, Ted was responsible for overseeing the marketing, pricing, allocation and trading of all equity and equity-linked transactions listed in North America as well as all US-listed transactions marketed abroad. Ted was a member of the U.S. Equity Management Committee, Global ECM Management Committee, Equity Valuation Committee, Global Research Reform Project Board , IPO Practices Committee and Co-Chairman of the IPO Allocation Review Committee.

    Ted is a graduate of Lehigh University and lives in Summit, NJ with his wife and four children.

    David Earling had a 16 year career at Goldman Sachs before joining Solebury Capital in 2007. As a Managing Director in the Equity Capital Markets group at Goldman Sachs, David was a deal captain in multiple sectors and a lead financial services banker. During his tenure, he was a leader in the structuring and execution of landmark transactions such as MetLife, Prudential, CIT, Intercontinental Exchange, Principal, Stancorp and Anthem IPOs. He also led the U.S. execution of a number of non-financial IPOs including Monsanto, Canadian National Railway and China Telecom and was responsible for the block trade business within equity capital markets. Over the course of his career at Goldman Sachs and Solebury, David has led well over 300 equity IPOs, follow-ons, block trades and private placements.

    David graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Dickinson College and received a Masters in International Economics from The Johns Hopkins University. David lives with his wife Maria and two children in Titusville, New Jersey.

    Steve joined Solebury Capital in 2012, after spending over twenty eight years on Wall Street. Steve began his career at Bear Stearns and remained at the firm for almost twenty five years, primarily focusing on equity capital markets. During his career at Bear Stearns, Steve was a Senior Managing Director and was responsible for the structuring, marketing and execution of hundreds of equity and equity linked transactions for issuers both inside and outside of the United States. He was the Global Head of the Equity Transactions Group and served on a number of committees, including the Commitment Committee and Equity Sub-Committee. He had oversight of all types of offerings, including IPOs, follow-ons, 144A placements, convertible securities, and block trades. For the few years prior to joining Solebury, Steve directed the ECM activity at two boutique securities firms.

    Steve received a BA in History from Tulane University and an MBA in Finance from New York University Stern School of Business. He lives with his wife and three children in Pound Ridge, New York.

    Lee Stettner has worked on Wall Street for twenty five years in a variety of senior roles in both equity capital markets and corporate finance. Before joining Solebury, Lee was a Managing Director in Equity Capital Markets at J.P. Morgan where has responsible for both the Healthcare and Natural Resources sectors. He also served on the firm’s Equity Underwriting Commitment Committee which is responsible for evaluations all aspects of proposed equity transactions. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Lee was a Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Equity Capital Markets at Bear Stearns. From 2004-2007, Lee was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank where he a Managing Director and Head of Healthcare Investment Banking and Equity Capital Markets Group. Prior to Deutsche Bank, he was a Managing Director in the Equity Capital Markets Group at Credit Suisse First Boston, where he was responsible for origination in the Healthcare and Business Services sectors. Lee started his career at Dean Witter and Morgan Stanley, where he worked in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group.

    Over the course of his career, Lee originated and bookran over 300 equity transactions, including landmark transactions for HCA, Alcon, Smith International, AEP, Laredo Petroleum, Antero Resources, AES, PPL, Premier Inc. Quintiles Weight Watchers, Quest Diagnostics, Progress Energy, LabCorp, Apache and Human Genome Sciences.

    Lee graduated with a BA in Economics from Hamilton College and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania.  Lee is a Board Member of the Mount Sinai Hospital Department of Medicine.  Lee lives in Manhattan with his wife and two daughters.

Having been a Principal of a Private Equity Fund, a Managing Director of a Mergers & Acquisitions Investment Bank and now a Managing Director at Solebury Capital — the country’s most influential equity capital markets advisory boutique and a leading global investor relations firm. Patrick has 20+ years of transaction experience both on Wall Street and Main Street. Patrick has been involved in countless deals and has occupied all the seats at the table as a buyer, a seller and an intermediary. Patrick has spoken at numerous conferences (ACG, TMA, YPO, etc.), taught at multiple universities (Yale, Penn, Villanova, etc.) and been published in a variety of financial periodicals. Patrick has served on both public and private boards.

    Prior to his transactional experience, Patrick worked with L. William Seidman – the economics, financial commentator, and former head of the U.S. Federal Deposit Corporation and Resolution Trust Corporation. Patrick ghost-wrote Bill’s memoirs, Full Faith and Credit; and co-founded one of the first private-market commercial mortgage securitization firms.

    Patrick is a graduate of Yale University. He lives in Philadelphia, PA with his wife and two daughters.

    Jeff Bernstein has spent over 30 years advising, analyzing, and investing in companies at the forefront of innovation. Jeff began his career in 1985 as a buyside analyst, before moving to Goldman Sachs in 1989. At Goldman, Jeff served as a Managing Director, leading the Firm’s equity sales and marketing team dedicated to technology, media and communications, helping to position and market many of the iconic IPO’s and Secondary offerings of the 1990’s. In 2000, Jeff became an equity Portfolio Manager, investing in companies driving changes in consumer behavior, media, supply chains, payment systems, security, and analytics across all sectors of the economy. Jeff founded Keel Capital in 2004, along with two other Goldman Managing Directors. In 2013, Jeff became the co-Chief Investment Officer for a multi-family office, Partners Path. Jeff has served on the Board of Marquis Jet Partners, Elevate Digital, and Cyc Fitness, and currently serves on the Board of Advisors of the Georgetown University Graduate School of Foreign Service.

    Jeff received a BA in History from Cornell University and a Masters in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. Jeff is married to Kristen and has three children. He currently resides in Brooklyn, NY, and will be relocating to the Bay Area to establish Solebury’s west coast office.

    Matthew Collins is a Managing Director at Solebury Capital.  Matt joined the firm in 2010 and sits on Solebury’s Operating Committee, which is responsible for managing key elements of Solebury’s business strategy, including new business development, execution, cross-selling, training, staffing and recruiting.

    Since joining Solebury, Matt has worked on many of the firm’s consumer / retail transactions, including Floor & Decor, Planet Fitness, Acushnet (Titleist and FootJoy), Bojangles’, Coty, J. Jill, Habit Burger, Fogo de Chao, Five Below, Smart & Final, Boot Barn, El Pollo Loco, Freshii, Sally Beauty, Party City and Potbelly, amongst others.  Matt has also worked on transactions for Schneider National, GMS, BMC Stock, WCI Communities, Norcraft, FivePoint Communities, Textura Corporation, TPI Composites, SS&C Technologies, Black Knight Financial, Paycom Software, QAD Software, Allison Transmission, Kinder Morgan and LPL Investment.  Prior to joining Solebury, Matt worked within Equity Capital Markets at both Lehman Brothers and Credit Suisse First Boston, and helped to implement the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act following the financial crisis.  

    Matt graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and lives in New Hope, PA with his wife, daughter and English Springer Spaniel.

    Gina Im joined Solebury in 2005 and oversees all areas of administration for Solebury Capital and its affiliates. Her multifunctional responsibilities include business administration, financial operations, human resources and regulatory compliance.

    Prior to Solebury Gina was with Acorda Therapeutics, a biotechnology company engaged in the development of drugs that restore neurological function for people with spinal cord injury and other central nervous system disorders. She was responsible for overseeing the direct activities of CRO(s) and vendors for data management, safety reporting, central labs, drug distribution, and statistical analysis of Phase II and Phase III clinical trials. She was also involved in the preparation of Annual Study Reports, Final Study Reports, and NDA submission to the Food and Drug Administration.

    Gina earned her Bachelor’s in Pharmacy and Doctor of Pharmacy from Rutgers College of Pharmacy, Rutgers University.

    Mike Liddell joined Solebury Capital as a Vice President in 2012 from Nomura Securities, bringing nearly ten years of sellside research and buyside investing experience. Mike is a CFA Charterholder and is an active member of the New York Society of Securities Analysts. Prior to joining Nomura, Mike was a research analyst at Millennium Partners and Goldman Sachs. Mike started his career at Ernst & Young as a tax consultant, where he earned his CPA license.

    At Nomura, Mike was a key contributor to the launch of the US telecom services and cable & satellite research coverage. While at Nomura, he helped to coordinate the broader Nomura TMT sector research on key issues that impacted both the media and telecom sectors. At Millennium, a ~$10bn multi-strategy global hedge fund, Mike performed fundamental analysis for the media, telecom and technology specific hedge fund team, with a primary focus was the global advertising, entertainment, telecom and cable & satellite sectors. Prior to Millennium, Mike spent six years as a member of Goldman Sachs’ Global Investment Research division, covering the media and telecom sectors. At Goldman Sachs, Mike helped to initiate coverage on over 20 companies, and had experience covering the cable, broadcasting, outdoor advertising, live entertainment and video games sectors.

    Mike earned undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Finance from Lehigh University and resides in Solebury, PA with his wife and two children.

CJ began his career at Aqua America, Inc., (NYSE: WTR) initially as a senior associate on the investor relations team and later as director of the investor relations group.     Since joining the firm, Ryan has worked on IPOs and Follow-on transactions for a number of issuers, executing offerings for companies such as Axalta, Bojangles’, Fogo de Chao, Nord Anglia, Planet Fitness, Press Ganey and Smuckers, amongst others.     Rob is an Analyst at Solebury Capital. Prior to joining Solebury in 2015, he worked as a Field Examiner with PNC Business Credit in Los Angeles, CA. As a Field Examiner, Rob worked on secured lending audits within Asset Based Lending. He was responsible for preparing audit reports for review and discussion with relationship managers and loan committees. Additionally, Rob provided recommendations to improve collateral control and reporting procedures.

    Prior to joining Solebury, Jeff was a member of Citi’s Equity Capital Markets team, originating and executing equity capital raises in the industrial and financial sectors. Prior to Citi, Jeff co-founded Ilios Partners LLC an investor relations and capital markets consulting firm, and began his career at The Carson Group in the investor relations consulting field.

    Jeff earned his MBA from Columbia Business School and his B.A. in Economics from Tufts University. Jeff is also a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI).

    He lives in Westchester County, New York with his wife and two children.

    Lisa joined Solebury Communications as Co-CEO in September 2017 to establish and run the corporate communications practice. Lisa brings 25 years of experience to the role, having advised CEOs and senior executives at some of the world’s largest and most high-profile companies, as well as leading non-profits and start-ups.

    Before joining Solebury, Lisa served in senior leadership positions at two strategic communications agencies. As Managing Director, New York for leading Washington D.C.-based public affairs consultancy, Glover Park Group, she provided corporate communications counsel and plans across the firm’s client base. Prior to that, as a Partner at Robinson Lerer Montgomery (now Finsbury), a global corporate and financial communications firm, Lisa led a 20-person team of senior professionals on high-profile, proactive communications programs to support or redefine a company’s image, often for clients undergoing intense media, public and regulatory scrutiny.

    Lisa has a B.A. in Government from Beloit College. She lives in Brooklyn Heights, New York with her husband and twins, a son and daughter.

    Jamie joined Solebury Communications in 2011 following a 14 year career as an Institutional Equity Salesperson on Wall Street.

    Prior to joining Solebury Jamie was an institutional equity salesperson at Banc of America in their middle markets group. Following the acquisition of Merrill Lynch in January 2009, Jamie was selected to join a Real Estate focused sales team expanding his coverage to include dedicated REIT investors such as Cohen & Steers and APG Asset. Jamie started his Wall Street career on Credit Suisse First Boston ‘s Institutional Equity Sales desk where he spent nine years developing relationships with many of the firm’s most important clients such as Blackrock, Deutsche Asset Management, PIMCO Equity, Fred Alger, and Dreyfus.

    Prior to his career on Wall Street, Jamie was an Account Marketing Representative for the Xerox Corporation where he completed their extensive sales training programs and earned distinction having received many President and Par Club awards.

    Jamie received his undergraduate degree from Bucknell University and an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management. Jamie lives in Connecticut with his wife and three sons.

    Kevin began his career in the top ranked equity research department at Salomon Smith Barney (Citi), before moving to Merrill Lynch, then Bank of America as a senior publishing research analyst.

    Kevin graduated from The University of Delaware and was active in the school’s investment club and varsity soccer team.  Kevin lives with his wife and two children in Westchester County, NY.

    Helen joined Solebury Communications as a Managing Director in September 2015, after more than 20 years of experience in buy-side and sell-side research.

    Helen’s prior position was a Senior Investment Analyst at American Century Investments, a firm with more than $140 billion in assets under management. She covered the global health care sector for the firm’s Global Growth and International Growth Strategies. During her 14 years at American Century, she also co-managed the Global Growth strategy for 2 ½ years.

    Helen’s previous buy-side position was as a Senior Vice President and Director of Research for Mitchell Hutchins Asset Management. Before joining Mitchell Hutchins, Helen was a Senior Vice President in the equity research department of PaineWebber where she focused on the health care services sector, including hospitals, skilled nursing homes, rehabilitation companies and health care REITs. In that role, she authored detailed industry and company research reports, provided financial models and hosted investment conferences and meetings for clients.

    Helen began her career covering medical device companies and healthcare services companies at Smith Barney.

    Helen earned a BA degree in Communications from Fordham University.

    Ed is a member of Solebury Communications where he has provided strategic Investor Relations advice and counsel to senior management teams across numerous sectors, including restaurants, retail, business services, media, specialty finance and technology.

    Prior to Solebury, Ed spent seven years in various investment banking roles including equity capital markets and equity private placements in the Corporate Finance team at Societe Generale, and as a Vice President in the Energy & Power Investment Banking team at Wells Fargo.  In addition, Ed spent seven years in equity research at Bank of America, Wells Fargo and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, providing coverage of companies across the electric utilities, energy technology and telecommunications sectors.

    Ed earned undergraduate degrees in Economics and Environmental Studies from Tufts University.  Ed has volunteered extensively with Apex for Youth in its middle school and high school mentoring and SAT prep programs, and most recently served as a member of the Associate Board.

    Rich joined Solebury in 2010 and has over ten years of investor relations experience.  Rich represents companies across a broad range of industries including education technology, financial services, building products and automotive / industrial manufacturing,  and has worked on engagements with companies having market caps ranging from $50 million to over $10 billion.

    Prior to joining Solebury, Rich worked at FTI Consulting in their investor relations group, and previously worked at Frederic W. Cook and L.E.K. Consulting.

    Rich graduated from the University of Chicago with a degree in Political Science in 2000.  Rich currently serves as a board member for Calvin Hill Day Care Center and Kitty Lustman-Findling Kindergarten which are nationally accredited, model educational preschool programs.  Rich lives in New Haven, CT with his wife and two children.

    Sloan joined Solebury Communications as a Director in February of 2016, after more than 12 years of experience in both buy-side and sell-side research and investment banking.

    Sloan recently worked as an analyst at Balyasny Asset Management, a multi-strategy hedge fund with over $8 billion in assets under management. He was responsible for equity recommendations across the Financials sector in the US, Canada and Latin America. Areas of coverage included real estate, specialty finance, banks, asset managers, credit cards, financial services and financial technology.

    Previously Sloan was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs in sell-side equity research. Over 7 years, Sloan covered both the REIT and specialty finance sectors. In that time, he authored industry and company specific research reports, created proprietary financial and valuation models and marketed his recommendations to both long-only and long-short investors.

    In REITs, Sloan has covered every major property type, as well as mortgage REITs and real estate brokers. In 2011, Sloan was the #2 Real Estate analyst in the Wall Street Journal’s “Best on the Street” ranking.

    Sloan began his career as an investment banking analyst at Sandler O’Neill & Partners focusing on regional banks.

    Sloan earned a BS degree in both Finance and Marketing from Lehigh University.

    Lori joined Solebury Communications as a Director in November 2017 to provide corporate communications counsel to pre and post-IPO clients. With more than 20 years of experience advising corporate stakeholders on integrated communications programs, she is highly skilled at using communications to advance organizational goals, support brand reputation, raise executive stature and engage employees.

    Prior to joining Solebury Lori was a senior manager at Deloitte where, over the course of nearly 15 years, she managed a 40-person event marketing team, led the creation of a firm-wide employee advocacy program and promoted the firm’s corporate citizenship efforts. Lori, who also has worked for Arthur Anderson, State of Israel Bonds and Ruder Finn, began her career at Doner Advertising managing large retailer accounts.

    Lori earned a MS degree in Change Management from the New School University and a BS degree in Mass Communications from Boston University. She is a volunteer crisis counselor with Crisis Text Line and resides in Brooklyn Heights, New York.

    Anthony joined Solebury’s investor relations business in 2013 as a member of a team that delivers comprehensive IR services and support to senior management across numerous sectors, including Chemicals, SRI, Industrials, Distribution, Homebuilding, Financials, Consumer and Shipping.

    Anthony graduated magna cum laude from Marist College with a B.S. in Finance and Psychology. At Marist, Anthony was a member of the Men’s Division 1 Soccer Team, captaining the team his senior year. Anthony also worked for the Marist College Campus Ministry, assisting with local community projects such as The Giving Tree and The Hunger Walk.

    Anthony is based in Solebury Communication’s Stamford office. He currently resides in Stamford, CT.

    Prior to joining Solebury, Ankit was working for the family hotel business focused on operations, strategy, acquisitions, and consulting. Previously, Ankit worked at Viad Corp. focused on corporate development, strategy and acquisitions in the hospitality industry.  In addition, Ankit was an Investment Banking Analyst at Versailles Group, Ltd. focused on domestic and cross-border M&A in the TMT, manufacturing, distribution, and education industries.

    Ankit earned his B.S. in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley University. Ankit is based in Solebury Communication’s Stamford, CT office.  He currently resides in New Milford, CT.
