Alex Hatem

Alex joined the firm in 2016 and has worked on a variety of client monetization’s including recent IPO’s (both US and International), marketed follow-ons, block trades and converts. Alex has provided equity capital markets counsel on more than 100 deals, which in total has raised over $40bn in proceeds.

Recent client engagement and representation highlights include:

• IPOs for Olaplex, Informatica, Ryan Specialty Group, Dutch Bros, Rent-the-Runway, Lulus, MediaAlpha, Dun & Bradstreet, Bentley Systems and Atotech
• Marketed follow-ons for MediaAlpha, Silvergate Capital, Bentley Systems, PPD, Repay
• Block trades for JELD-WEN, GrafTech International, Liberty Oilfield Services, Repay, Floor & Décor, Yeti
• Converts for Bentley Systems, Under Armour and CNX Resources

Alex earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Richmond. While at college, he was a member and two-time captain of the Men’s Division 1 lacrosse team. Alex helped the Spiders advance to three conference championships and an NCAA Tournament berth.
