Bradley is a Vice President at Solebury Capital where he is responsible for client advisory on the execution of a variety of equity capital market transactions. Bradley has experience across a variety of sectors including Consumer & Retail, Healthcare, Technology, Financials, and Industrials.

Since joining Solebury Capital in 2014, Bradley has advised on over 135 engagements (representing over $50bn in estimated proceeds) with recent transactions including:

• The IPOs of Thoughtworks, Mister Car Wash, Paycor HCM, Agiliti, EngageSmart, Sun Country Airlines and Riskified
• Marketed follow-ons for AZEK, Sun Country Airlines, Ecovyst, OneMain, Bentley Systems and Paycor HCM
• Block trades for various sponsors focused on the Consumer & Retail, FIG, Technology, Energy and Healthcare sectors

Prior to joining Solebury, Bradley was a Director of Client Services at Grand Bay Building and Development where he was responsible for market analysis, property management, IT infrastructure and control budgeting.

Bradley graduated from Rollins College with a B.A. in Economics.
