Matthew Collins

Matt is a Managing Director at Solebury Capital and joined the firm in 2010 after working in Equity Capital Markets at Lehman Brothers and Credit Suisse. Matt recently advised on IPOs for X-Energy, Madison Air, and Arxis, and has advised on over 250 IPOs and follow-on offerings since joining the firm.  His other representative clients include Amer Sports, Birkenstock, Oddity, Dutch Bros, Ryan Specialty Group, Dun and Bradstreet, Pret a Manger, Dayforce, Bentley Systems, REVOLVE, Black Rock Coffee, Hinge Health, Primo Brands, Calpine, Vita Coco, Clearwater Analytics, Floor & Decor, AZEK, Titleist, Albertson’s, Paycom and Floor and Decor.   Matt also advised Warby Parker on its 2021 Direct Listing.

Matt graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and lives in Doylestown, PA with his wife, three children, and two English Springer Spaniels
