Mike joined the firm in 2015, and provides equity capital markets counsel on a variety of transactions, including IPOs, marketed follow-ons and block trades. Mike has worked with senior management teams and private equity professionals on more than 100 deals, which raised more than $50bn in proceeds raised across a broad range of industries.

Recent client engagement highlights include Allbirds, ZoomInfo, Portillo’s, Jamf, Ping Identity, agilon health, Arhaus and Magnolia Oil & Gas.

Mike graduated cum laude from Villanova University with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Finance.
