Reid Shafer

Reid joined the firm in 2017 and has provided equity capital markets counsel to senior management teams and private equity professionals on a variety of transactions, including IPOs (both domestic and international), marketed follow-ons and block trades, as well as on various bespoke projects and analyses. Reid has advised on nearly 100 transactions across a variety of sectors, and has helped clients raise close to $25bn in proceeds.

• IPOs / Direct Listings for Allbirds, Informatica, Warby Parker, Sovos Brands, Definitive Healthcare, PowerSchool, Oatly, Frontier Airlines, ThredUp, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Datto, GoodRx, Corsair, Jamf and Albertsons
• Follow-on offerings for Hayward Holdings, Definitive Healthcare, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Jamf, Magnolia Oil & Gas, Corsair, Ping Identity and TFI International
• Block trades for numerous financial sponsors across the tech, consumer, industrial and energy sectors

Prior to joining Solebury, Reid was a Summer Analyst at the firm for two years. He graduated from James Madison University in 2017 with a B.B.A. in Finance and a minor in Business Analytics.
