Thomas Lippiard

Thomas joined the firm in 2019 and provides equity capital markets counsel on a variety of transactions, including IPOs, marketed follow-ons, block trades, SPAC IPOs, and De-SPACs. Thomas has advised on over 60 transactions across a variety of sectors, and has helped clients raise close to $15bn in proceeds.

Since joining the firm, Thomas has executed transactions for a number of issuers such as Dutch Bros, Portillo’s, Core & Main, LiveWire, PowerSchool, Frontier Airlines, Arhaus, Sportradar, CCC Intelligent Solutions, Cerevel, and Diversey, among others.

Thomas also leads the firm’s data science efforts, managing proprietary databases and developing intelligent models to inform actionable advice to clients.

Prior to joining Solebury, Thomas was a Summer Analyst at the firm. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2019 with a B.S.E. in Systems Engineering and a minor in Data Science.
